Shipping information:

• Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
• Orders are generally shipped within two business days from the date your order is submitted, and normally takes an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
• All sales are final. We will be glad to replace any merchandise damaged in shipping, as long as you contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Refund and Return Policy:

We are proud and excited to know that the product you are purchasing is of high quality, and have no doubt that you will be satisfied with your order. All custom etched pieces are not returnable unless we made a mistake. If for any reason we make an error in the etching, we will ship a new replacement piece out as soon as possible FREE of charge.
